The Living Prairie Museum Annex reimagines part of the existing parking lot as a shaded outdoor classroom and gathering space, complete with a fire pit and workshop building for group demonstrations. This new addition expands the museum’s offerings, creating an all-season venue for festivals, workshops, and picnics on the edge of the tall grass prairie. The annex enriches the visitor experience and provides the surrounding community with a versatile outdoor space that celebrates and connects with Manitoba’s unique prairie landscape.
