Public City led renovation designs for the St. James Volkswagen dealership and collision center at 670 Century Street, Winnipeg, collaborating with Auto Canada’s team to refine the White Frame Program. Phase one involved upgrading the 20,800-sq.-ft. dealership with a new showroom, offices, washrooms, and store. Southeast glazing enhances daylight, with an interior curtain wall extending natural light into the core. Phase two included a 20,300-sq.-ft. renovation of the nearby St. James Volkswagen Collision Centre, creating a cohesive, bright, and functional environment across the entire facility.
