The Richardson Recreation and Wellness Centre in Swan Valley, Manitoba, is a key regional landmark expanding recreation and wellness access. Phase I of the three-phase project includes a leisure pool, lap pool, change rooms, sauna, and water slide, with a fitness area, walking track, soccer pitch, and climbing wall planned for Phase II. Located on a prominent 2.8-hectare site, the building is designed to LEED® standards, with energy recovery systems, radiant heating, and natural daylighting. Public City, working with Swan River’s community, delivered Phase I on time and budget, supporting generations to come.
