Context Developments

The Queen Ashbridge Development in Toronto’s Beaches area integrates condos, rentals, and Toronto Community Housing, linking Queen Street East to Pumphouse Park and Lake Ontario. The project includes two towers, streetscape enhancements, a privately-owned public space (POPS), rooftop amenities, and a 3rd-floor courtyard with gardens and water features. A shared pedestrian plaza and park along Queen Street connect public and private housing. Designed to meet Toronto Green Standard v3 Tier 2 and Net Zero Carbon goals, the project is scheduled to be complete in 2026.
