Pulse on River is a Condominium found in the eclectic urban area of Osborne Village. The building is a multi-use facility, with a ground floor level where 10,000 sf of public storefront exists on River Avenue and four condominiums with separate street addresses, both on Bryce Street and Scott Street. In addition to the ground floor residential spaces, the top three stories house 1 and two bedroom condominiums. The project has separate residential entrances from each residential street, where there are six suites per floor. The entire building is services by an underground parking garage that minimizes the need for surface parking in the area.
