Public City served as prime consultant for Peg Beer Co., a brewery and pub in a reclaimed warehouse in Winnipeg’s East Exchange District. The 6,500-sq.-ft. space preserves the building’s historic character, featuring exposed brick, concrete floors, and original beams. Renovations included a growler bar, casual restaurant with an open kitchen, and a microbrewery producing ten craft beers, with half the floor plan dedicated to brewing. A large window connects the brewery and dining areas, enhancing guest experiences and making the location a celebrated venue in Winnipeg’s historic core.
