One of twelve winners in the EQuilibrium national competition initiated by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, Net Zero Housing is a zero energy concept house.This concept home was designed as an infill house in an area that has been designated as a Neighbourhood Improvement Zone by the City of Winnipeg. The EQuilibrium initiative will have positive, relevant impacts on the lives of low-income families in Winnipeg; the semi-detached development is borne out of the architect’s commitment to a healthy urban ecology.
